I thrive on challenges, creativity, and continuous learning, always looking for new ways to improve, innovate, and make an impact.
My Story
Hi, I’m Caitlin Diaz! Born and raised in Colonia, New Jersey, I’m excited to be moving back home after eight years in Eastern North Carolina, where my husband served in the United States Marine Corps. Along with our three dogs, we’re settling back into life in the Garden State, bringing new experiences and perspectives with us.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Pace University in New York City’s Financial District, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2016. My love for communication, creativity, and strategy led me to pursue a Master’s in Communication & Digital Media from Southern New Hampshire University, which I completed with honors in 2022. Throughout my career, I’ve worked full-time in Marketing, Business Development, and Graphic Design, holding key roles at the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce, Brigade Boys & Girls Club, and SIA Group, Inc.

My work is deeply inspired by my immigrant parents, who came to the United States from Cuba in the 1960s with nothing but determination and a dream. Their resilience and dedication have shaped my perspective, motivating me to embrace every opportunity and create meaningful work.

Beyond my professional life, I’m all about creativity and movement. I love spending time with my husband and our dogs, painting my nails with elaborate designs, weightlifting, exploring the outdoors, and, of course, shamelessly binging Lifetime and horror movies—no matter how bad their Rotten Tomatoes score is.
